- Fiber production: It is the stage where natural or synthetic fibers are produced or supplied.
- Yarn production: This is the stage where fibers are turned into yarn. At this stage, the fibers are first mixed and then made ready for knitting or weaving.
- Fabric production: Yarns are transformed into fabrics in weaving or knitting machines. At this stage, printing, dyeing and other processes can also be performed on the fabrics.
- Finishing: Fabrics are stiffened, dyed, finished and ironed after weaving or knitting.
- Sewing: Fabrics are cut according to patterns and measurements and turned into products on the sewing machine.
- Packing and shipment: Products are subjected to quality control and finally packaged and prepared for shipment.
In this process, the production process can be optimized and product quality can be increased by using automation, robotic systems, data analysis, artificial intelligence and other technologies in production facilities.
