Embroidery brings texture and durability but can distort an unsuitable fabric or a poorly placed design. A digital logo file is only the starting input. The actual stitch programme and garment sample need approval.
Prepare the design
Provide a vector or high-quality artwork file with final dimensions and colour references. Very small lettering and dense fills may require simplification. State exact placement from stable garment points, not just “left chest”.
Match construction to fabric
Thread, stabiliser and stitch density should suit the base cloth. A thick fleece and lightweight jersey react differently. Ask to review a stitch-out on the target fabric and check the reverse side for wearer comfort.
Include it in the quote
Stitch count, size, colour changes, positioning and number of pieces affect setup and unit cost. Keep the approved stitch file and sample with the production specification, and inspect placement consistency in bulk.
What to send for a useful discussion
Send artwork, garment and fabric details, logo size, position and quantity. We can scope an embroidery sample before committing to the run. Contact us about your project. A final price, minimum quantity and production date depend on the approved specification and available capacity.
